This coming Saturday 18th August will see the start of Anselmians senior teams' season long stay at our temporary home at Vauxhall’s Sports & Social Club Hooton whilst our own ground at Malone Field Eastham is re-developed.

Our juniors' and Ladies' squads will be playing & training at Port Sunlight RFC.

On Saturday the 1st team squad will play Mold in a pre-season practice match and the Mavericks (3rd XV) will also play Mold.

BOTH GAMES WILL KICK OFF AT 2.30pm.

With two games arranged everyone available to play should get a run out, this is a great opportunity for our players, members and supporters to see the facilities at Vauxhalls.

PARKING: when you turn in off Rivacre Road there is some car parking to the left plus a large car at the rear of the ground.

On Tuesday 21st the 1st team squad have a second practice match this time against Liverpool Collegiate, kick will be 7.30pm

The first competitive game is the 1st team cup match away at Northwich on Saturday 25th August.

The league program starts on Saturday 1st September when the 1st team play Northwich again this time at Vauxhall’s.

The Crusaders (2nd XV) start their campaign away at Moore 1, The Mavericks (3rd XV) don’t have a league match on the 1st September so we will be looking for a friendly fixture for them to kick off with.

The club are particularly keen to involve former colts in senior rugby, any player over the age of 17 can play for the senior teams, if you played for the colts in the past couple of years and are keen to play please contact one of the rugby committee or come along to training.

If you have recently finished at university and are back in the area and want to play again we want to see you.
