Geoff an old boy of St Anselms & a native of Ellesmere Port worked at the Thornton Research Centre at Stanlow.

After leaving the College Geoff played for what was then Shell rugby club now Ellesmere Port RUFC before joining the “Old Boys” in the mid-70’s.

Geoff played for Old Anselmians for a few years before moving back to Ellesmere Port, a talented and skilful back equally at home at either fly half or full back.

A very good player on the field and always good company off the field.
