A late pitch inspection has confirmed that the Hand Lane pitch is unplayable, so the game cannot go ahead. This is the second time this season that the Leigh game has been postponed and it will now need to be shoe-horned into the fixture schedule at the end of the season. The Easter weekend is already accommodating the twice rescheduled Widnes away game and with last week's snowed-off Broughton Park fixture being played on 28 April, it is likely to be May before this game goes ahead.
